A liquid scensor (Spelling)

Hi all idk if this is planned but i think this element should be in sensors elements. When it feels any liquid like water lava oil any liquid it will send a electric to any metal to it . Idk it this is a bad idea because it might make water electirc :S . But if we make it 2 block wide

so the top block sends the electric . Sorry for my bad grammar and spelling . This would make it easyer to make

contraptions like a water power plant or when the whe have a pipe thath it would close it off or make so the water goes to a level and then turns off . So tell me what you think . :)

This is actually quite interesting. Quite a unique idea too... I'm just trying to think of what this could be used for though. It's sort of the inverse of what DTEC does.. because it senses when particles are near. This would sense when it gets near to particles.

ok thath was good thing to hear and i wanna say thank you for your positive comment :)  . The things this could be used is if e have the electric pipe and then the pipe takes water to a box or something then we don't want the water/liquid level to raise higer then it will send a electic to the pipe as we connected with a metal wie or world wire. thaths one idea i have for it . i got an idea to it too when you select it and hold down the mose on it for some sec it would allow you to config it like , to send a electic when it feels liquid or not , Wich direction it would send the electic like up left right down .

Couldn't a liquid sensor be made with Liquid wall on top and an Electricity wall on bottom?

With my solution you get the option to ignore some liquids like WATR, by deleting the corresponding DTEC element.
Note the DTEC c-type values go upwards from the right of the selection menu, so WATR is on the bottom, OIL is next from the bottom, then comes LAVA, ACID, DSTW, ...
