METL has always conducted to NSCN.
METL is neutral to both silicons.
INWR is also neutral to both silicons, but doesn't transmit to METL.
PTCT takes always from NSCN, and gives always to PSCN. PTCT only takes from PSCN when it's colder than 100°C. You can heat PTCT up with METL nearby and make NOT gates.
NTCT takes always from PSCN, and gives always to PSCN. NTCT only takes from NSCN when it's hotter than 100°C. You can heat NTCT up with METL nearby and make AND gates.
