I got banned for voting with mutiple accounts but i didn't vote on anything with other accounts! Then my sister got on powder toy, (brebre) and she was banned too! She didn't do anything to get banned!

Then i made another account to say this on but that one got banned too before i could say it!

Are you sure? She could be lying to you. :/ What was your sister's account? Also what is "brebre"?

Maybe because of the mods could tell you were from the same IP so they suspected you of trying to come back and do it again. Now that you've made this the mods will probably understand. Everyone makes mistakes. :)

Multiple account voting is dependent on the IP address and not what you say it is. We cannot independently verify that one account belonged to another person, who is using the same computer as another person.

Just warn them not to vote on any of your saves. Or just not vote at all.

Someone in your house, using your internet connection, was responsible for the multiple account voting. If it wasn't you, then I recommend that you have words with your sister.

I blamed you in the ban messages because your account was generally the first one to vote on each save. However, the votes from other accounts do tend to occur around the same time as votes from brebre.

For example, timing of votes on one particular save:

Vote fraud and such evidence is based on IP addresses, yes.

IP addresses aren't definitive proof though, but it's the closest we can get.
