NEWB Help wanted! HYPERLINK SIGNS!!!

    Ok so to some this may seem like a newbish question, but how do you make those hyperlink signs that, upon clicking, transport you to a certain save? Everyone seems to have them, and they seem very important. I'd appreciate if anyone can give me EXACT instructions on how exactly to do this. Make them as detailed as possible cuz im a newb. (EG. Just yesterday figured out how to compress DEUT to make bombs) So help would be great.

    Not really hyperlinks, but the general format is
    {c:<save ID>|Displayed text}

    For example: 
    {c:111111|I'm awesome}
