How are stolen saves handled on TPT?

My neutron converter from
1138076View Save 11380761138076 had the piston mechanism stolen and used in save1138557View Save 11385571138557. It really pisses me off because I've been trying to get FP and this bastard comes and steals my design and gets FP. Everyone knows how to make a laser and are pretty bored by them now, but its the mechanism that makes it interesting and thats what was taken. You can even copy the mechanism from1138557View Save 11385571138557 and it matches perfectly to the one on1138076View Save 11380761138076. Since nothing has been done all day, I thought I'd post here and see if anyone has had a similar situation. Thanks -
Yeah this is pretty messed up. The fact is people can lable exact copies as "ideas" that were simply borrowed. Sorry dude, but im not sure you can do much about it except what he suggested.
I checked this out. His is not an EXACT copy, but very similar.
You're right about the lasers u know. First it was nukes making FP, then lasers, then electronics, and now, the trend that has been around but is coming back, is functional art, or just normal art.

Count it, 4x11 invs. 3x4 dmnd. 1x7 pstn. 1x11 frme. And if you use Ctrl+C copy that portion and open my save it matches perfectly. I don't really care about the repeater loop. The only thing he took out was the walls and wifi (dumb in my opinion as that was the shielding)
