Moving Vehicals

    I discovered something...It is possible to move an entire structure with pistons by either A) encasing it in frame or B) making it out of frame and filling any gaps with frame. Thus, since piston now allows moving solids, anything that was impossible before, like moving vehicals, is now possible. However, the pistons must be the right size and connect to the right places to prevent the structure from coming apart. Does anyone have any miniature cars, ships, or planes I can try this on?

    Ya know... I havent really thought of this before. Before PSTN the only way to get stuff to move is do the moving sponge trick.

    It's extremely tricky with the existing programming for piston. Piston can only push flat surfaces. If the surface is not flat...it flattens it for you! D:< WHY?! Is there any way around this?

    I dunno PSTN is pretty lame at the moment.

    I agree with RAYZR pstn does seem a little bit ...weird. i made a pstn drill that worked fine until it dug into sand, where all the PRTI got left off in the sand!

    I feel that moving PHOT is the best way to make cars,planes,humans and other moving stuff now.

    @greymatter

    The problem with using photons is that you can't have any working features.

    EDIT: I found a working one! ID:1118516 (I don't know if it's ok to post someone else's save, so I just gave the ID)
