Walls To Electricity

Hello guys.
Its me again. But this time i was looking at an Oil Power Plant save and I noticed that when you start the plant, it burns oil and heats water for water vapor, however, when the vapor rose to exit the plant through the steam tower, it touched what looks like a wall or something. When it does, it generates electricity. I would like to know how to make it or place it so that I can use it. It also pulsed like on then off etc. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks :P

I think your talking about a wall in the wall section called particle detector or detector and it generates electricity when a particle is inside its boundries. It looks like little red dots and can be found and placed like any other element. If u still cant find it just move your mouse over every kind of wall in the wall section and it gives the name.
