I've been using TPT for a while now and I really like it's possibilities. Here are some of my saves that cover many applications of TPT's arsenal:

The Powder Tank! Made in support of soldiers over-seas.

My first piston. It is quite slow, but I was aiming for the accuracy of internal combustion cycles.

A microwave, shooting invisible rays to melt metal plates.

My Lazerus Maximus laser project, using refraction to increase the surface area for heating photons.

An last but not least, my thermobaric bomb simulation.
