NAME: Random Spark/RSPRK

COLOR: This element would be golden and specklish, kinda like QRTZ.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Generates spark, but only if it's touching its ctype. (So if its ctype is METL and it touches IRON, no spark will be produced. However, if the ctype is METL and it touches METL... the METL is sparked.)

USES: It could be used in binary counters, as well as particle seperators, spark mazes, maybe functioning artwerk. Its possibilities are endless! ^-^
