Need help with the hull. Alot of curves everywhere. I suck at curves.

How's the ram look so far? (no barbs yet) Yes, it will eventualy be fully operational.

Power cell W.I.P. Has issues...but what do you expect? I made in like a few minutes.

Whenever I do curves, I always use the smallest size (only 1 pixel), zoom in, and make lines of varying length. For example, you could put a line 4 long, move over 1 pixel, make a line 3 long, move over again, 2 long, etc. The end result is a perfect curve. To make it curve sharper or wider, just change the variation in the lengths of the line. from what I can see, you are freehanding the curves. This will rarely turn out right.

Like that? P.S. That power cell won't fit. I'll have to make a smaller version. Still need to make an electric distiller.

Are you going for a particular power method or are you trying to find one that is more effective?

EDIT: Also I'm sure alot of people whome do curves go with the method (Or something similiar) that Qwerty Described.

I'm trying to use some sort of power cell that uses the seawater as a power source, just like Jules Verne described. I looked it up and the internet said it used mercury-sodium batteries. But, since the game has no chemical reactions that can generate spark, I thought I could just trap spark somehow with the seawater.

If your going to be using seawater you will need to account for the spark travelling into the sea/ocean itself.

Question: Wasn't the Nautilus nuclear powered? Whats with the mercury battery?

However, love this idea. Wish you the best of luck.

Well there is a multitude of "Nautilus" the nuclear powered missile sub, the one of legends, and a few more including ships.

In the movie, yes. This looks like the version from the movie but I want it to be internally acurate to the book. The book said it had mercury sodium batteries and got the sodium from the seawater. I could simulate this by distilling the water than mixing it back together in the battery. And, no the spark won't feed back because I'm going to have machinery before it gets to the battery.
