It's not compatible with how tpt graphics function works.
Also in future suggestions, please explain your ideas more. -
Go to the decorations menu, select the color editor, set the alpha to zero, then color the whole screen black, and you will only see the light from light emitting elements.

I suggested similar a long time ago. Some sort of general screen brightness setting.

In renderer options set basic render to off, but fire effect to on. Fire effect to on, everything else to off. That should meet your needs.
