No it's not! Sure, it's a bit lewd (and it's art, so it still may be removed), but it's not porn. Maybe if she was completely naked, and with shorter, less feature-obscuring hair, then it would be porn, but it' snot. (Although I do agree that it's not that great that that sort of art is so popular)

first, it's nowhere near porno ...
second, please use the report feature, don't post things here because this is definitely not the right place unless you want to draw negative attention to yourself from the mods (well, i'm sure that was the point of this thread anyway)
third, it's art, it will probably get removed because of the type of art it is anyway
