please help me friends!

    since I bought a new android smart phone i am tryng to make offline speech recognition or offline voice typing work but it gives an error "can't reach google at the moment".I know that google search requires an offline language pack installed(eng us 22 mb) but i can't download them so if anyone can give me these files or tell me a method to use voice typing offline then please tell me.I have also searched on goolge for this but no results.android specifications: 1.2 ghz android 4.2.2 jellybean dual core. PLEASE PROVIDE OFFLINE ENG LANG PACK. Thanks

    Why can't you download it? Errors? Low bandwidth or memory?

    Try getting into some public wifi in a coffee shop or your favorite mini-mall or whatever... Alternatively if you have a wireless card and cable internet on your computer you could try using your computer as a wifi hotspot.
