I believe we, have made contact with intelligent life in the universe. If you have heard, of the Wow Signal was sent by SETI (Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence.) in 1977. No one is for sure if the United States government really made contact but I believe they did make contact, In 1896 Tesla was picking up weather patterns soon he was, picking up a strange language calling "One planet greeting another." Could of tesla picked up an alien signal? the world was no stranger to UFOs human flight hadn't even taken place yet, so what was it over are sky in 1896? 1977 SETI sent binary code in to deep space they received information the next morning at 11:30 in the morning, it lasted seventy two seconds before disappearing forever but after that they claimed it was human error or computer error... but has, been SETI been in constant contact with aliens? the U.S government formed SETI in 1976.
