flipping stamps

    it would be useful if when you hit L and load a stamp you could hit an arrow key and flip it up down and left and right.
    if you can already do this it would be nice if you could let me now

    yeah i thought it might be hard to do right now but as long as its in some time its cool
    its not really something that ive needed much
