So I saw the NaN stone accelerator thingy on the FP today. Thought I would perform some tests with it, since it's been a while since I last heard of NaN pressure.
I got mixed results.
It started to explode and then...just stopped. The little URAN produced in the bottom there is -273C. The PLUT ranges from -160C to 245C. No more NEUT is being created. The PLUT is rapidly cooling because the URAN apparently becomes absolute zero when in an implied vacuum.
VIBR heats up rapidly under NaN pressure's effects. When it "explodes", it simply turns into rainbow EXOT and releases some ELEC. No actual explosion.
ISOZ slowly decays into PHOT like usual, but with no pressure (obviously.) It might go faster if I'm not getting 8 FPS.
FIRE does not work. The only thing I've found that it can burn is OXYG, and only if they're backed into a corner together. It acts like a NaN-pressure gas; as if one were to use the console to set its gravity to, say, 40000. It just flows around, goes towards the left of the screen, heats things it touches up, and forms diagonal columns. Heating up things that burn still produces FIRE, and eventually PLSM.
The list goes on. These are just the stranger bits.

I love you for doing science in this game, it feels good to not be the only one loving to experiment and collect results in games.
You can fix NaN-pressure by AIR-ing the entire screen.
Hypothesis: the stone accelerator rips a hole in space and brings you into hyperspace.
Science is fun. xD
Don't think NaN would be an "implied vacuum" since technically uranium wouldn't cool down in a vacuum itself :P
I did a test and came up with practically all the same results.... NOBODY cared lol..
