This is an O2 fusion reactor I designed.  I've been through five or six seperate designs and this one is the fastest.   I'm using it to suppy hot BRMT to my metal cannon/rocket, so the more BRMT the better. I'd like to stay approximately this size.  

Please take a look and see if you can come up with any suggestions for improving this design, or even suggestions for a different, faster design.
