2.5 pixel stable flip flop

    the-good-side has a flip flop with 3.5 pixels.  It gave me the idea for this one. Cred to the-good-side for the idea.  However, this implementation uses layered CRAY, and the created BTRY is the output. So at biggest it is 3 pixels and at smallest 2.

    this is NOT a flip flop.  it is a toggle switch.

    I was just reading that.  I posted a correction in the save.  My mistake.  Still learning the switching stuff.  It needs to output in two postions, right?
