The Silver City, often dubbed "The Ruined City" was torn apart by
the country's civil war. There were the defenders led by the defense
corp who wanted a new leader to be elected and the homecomers
who wanted the current leader to stay.The Silver City was the main
battlefield as it had a port for trading and several resources stored
there. The defenders had originally captured it and traded for weapons
with other countries but this advantage became clear as the homecomers
started losing.They reacted by bombing the city to bits as shown in the save.
