Noble Gas Power Plant

    So I've been playing powder toy for a few weeks now and I thought about what if I could use the heat created from plasma created from noble gas ionization to boil water and create power.  So i built a lot of prototypes kept playing with it and I just finished my latest version after a week developing the idea.  I was wondering what y'all thought, how I could improve, etc. Thanks
