As the molten FSEP cools, it turns into FSEP, which turns into PLSM and creates more heat. This effectively prolongs the length of time needed to cool all the lava, which means more WATR can be turned into WTRV before the lava runs out.
Has anyone made any powerplant based on this reaction yet?

I had a similar idea using molten SING, where the SING cools down until one particle explodes, heating the whole thing up with energy particles. It is very efficient, too.
