    Is there any possible way to make a layer of elements that can block gravity waves?

    like gbmb.

    You can use walls. Elements, not really. To my knowledge.

    Welp, as Catelite said, I'm pretty sure that Gravity Wall is thhe only way to neutralise newtonian gravity inside a box drawn with it.
