    are there any elements that can reduce air pressure ? (like VAC but a solid)

    Yes, VACU (it is in the special menu)

    PUMP can change pressure too, just give it a negative temperature and it will set the surrounding air pressure to that.

    (its for my hydrogen fusion cell , because it randomly makes pressure in its cleaning device)
