How to destrot FILT from a distance?

I'm trying to create a read-write memory using FILT, and i have a buffer zone. I need to destroy all FILT in buffer zone after I DRAY them back to data zone. I wanted to use PSCN+CRAY(SPARK) but it just activates filters for a frame and that's it. I need help, thanks!

P.S. I tried to use https://powdertoy.co.uk/Discussions/Thread/View.html?Thread=20691 as an example but it's hard to understand anything because he uses subframe technology.

In my FRAM I remove the residue FILT with DRAYs coping air over them. There's no any other way I know of, CRAY "rays" just pass through FILT as if it wasn't there at all.

Thanks for help, LBPHacker, it actually works however i don't see DRAYs with air in front of them near your ROM.

It's there, you just have to loook at the right place (hint: it's actually the top row of DRAYs).

But how?! They have TMP set to 1 but they can erase 16 particles in a row! Except that, for some reason they delete in buffer zone even though they have tmp2 set to 12. Is there anything I'm missing?

You're missing the fact that underneath the DRAY[.tmp=1]s you speak of (that is, at the same exact position) there are four more DRAY[.tmp=4]s. Yep, that's layering/stacking/whatever.

Just try deleting a DRAY from there (not by simply right-clicking, that'd delete more than one layers; but with ctrl-right-clicking and deleting in a rectangle that happens to include that DRAY, that way you only delete a single layer). There'll be more under it.

... I never even heard about stacking before. I didn't even know about using FILT as storage or about subframing before I saw your project.

Nice necro. Anyway, no, FILT "conducts" CRAY, so CRAY can't delete FILT. These days though, you can CONV the FILT to something that CRAY can delete.
