I have noticed that when you set the life value of DEUT to high levels, you get high density, super heated neutrons/protons. However, if you set them to RIDICULOUSLY high levels, some of them (although you only see them for a second or so) turn out to be absolute zero.

Is there a specific reason and can you abuse it? I would like to make proton bombs/weapons that cool instead of heat their target.
