Hello!

I need some help with one of my creations, which is a keycard reader.

It requires some sort of big and gate that has more than two inputs, sort of like this: http://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Tutorials/Passlock_door

If anyone could help me with this concept, I'd really appreciate it.
