Maybe: in some cases you would want it to work with stickman, and in others you wouldn't want that to happen. Although, it is a good idea to have everything work in the portals, especially "life".

P.S. It would be nice to have different portal frequencies, similar to wifi, so that you could have several sets of portals and not have the input elements in separate portals all mix together.
