this would make votes even more pointless if you could change them at any time. Although it would help occasionally as i have accidently clicked the wrong button, maybe a limit of one vote change per creation.
But what if you didn't understand a creation and thought it was bad. Then you found out what it's meant to be, by that time you probably would have voted it down.
