HELP: How to Make Fast Response Logic Gate (Without the slow temperature sensitive NTCT&PTCT)?

    I'm play TPT under a proxy, it's OK to login, browse simulations, download, but when tried to save my own, I got a 605 error. I'll show you with pic & description instead


    As we know, OR gate is the most simple one, you can make one only using METL. But AND gate and NOT gate all need NTCT or/and PTCT to function. T flip-flop or RS NOR can use SWCH instead, they are almost INSTANT. While NTCT and PTCT need time to cool down, during their cooling down, the logic gate response incorrect.

    This is my AND gate design.
    How it works:
    The 2 inputs connected to PSCN, the PSCN will active what they touched: the left one is a PLCN which clones PHOT, the right one is a LCRY, when activated, it let PHOT pass.
    Upon them are 2 NSCN for each, see there's only one pixel between the PSCN and NSCN, so the PSCN not only activated the PCLN/LCRY, but also the NSCN : which will deactivate what they are touching. There is 2 to ensure the shut down.

    when there's a pulse, the PLCN/LCRY activated then quickly deactivated, doing nothing.
    when there's a continuous spark, PLCN/LCRY can be continuously activated

    only when both of them are activated, the PHOT can hit the PSCN/NSCN knot thus conduct the current, act exactly a AND gate

    A standard form. Once you made one, save as stamps, then you can have infinite copies



    Compared with a standard OR gate, look, it's still compact


    Pro:
    *Have a very fast speed of response, almost instant
    *High precision and epic resolving power. With original XTCT AND gate, with two input ON, if there's a OFF signal with few sparks (a short signal), the AND gate response nothing: it's too short to let the XTCT cool down. But with my PHOT AND gate, no matter ON to OFF or OFF to ON, it can detect input signal with only ONE spark width.
    *Reliable logic function. As mentioned above, it can be used for high frequency signal logic circuit.


    HOWEVER
    what I found next disappointed me:


    Due to how it works, with sparks input, the PCLN/LCRY was not continuous ON, they blinks
    Normally, the PHOT have access to pass (upper situation in the picture)
    But some time, with certain input phase, the PHOT can not pass, which act like 1 AND 1=0
    roughly counted, there's a chance with 1/8 it glitchs, it sucks: PHOT gate was designed for precise circuit, but it have 12.5% chance to fail?

    Because of this glitch I stopped my NOT gate designing now. Ideas? Suggestions?

    What is the yellow dot in the AND gate? 2x2? What does it do? I can't get the gate to work.

    it says it's PCLN(PHOT).

    But that's kind of a weird way, you should look at these new designs instead, using SWCH, which are smaller and faster:

    BTW the Fast XX Gate are based on some 'glitch', maybe it's not the best solution

    I like the PTCT NTCT versions better, although the time taken to cool down results in a output that is not supposed to be there sometimes. I'm trying to make a calculator (now with AND gates, later with adders) and i may substitute the gates with this. Also, neco.
