Add powered portal.

    It would be called PPIN/PPOT.

    They would be lighter shades of their counterparts.

    They would be activated/deactivated by pscn/nscn.

    You can put a PPIP before a normal portal. pipe can push stuff into portals. Then the PPIP can be turned on/off

    Powered portals have been suggested many times. Even by me. Also, I think there's a mod that adds those portals.

    Hey jacob, but pipe is too slow if you want things deleived. The thing get clogged up in the exit. Also, it take up more space.....
