Can not compile on Windows with Visual Studio

    In the solution, go to simulation/toolmenutools/ and right click -> Add -> Existing item. Then add Cyclone.cpp, which is in src/simulation/simtools/

    Whenever a new file is added to TPT, you will need to do this. I will attempt to update the premade project by hand with this file.
