    right click powder.exe , click properties , go to compatibility tab , at settings tick "run in 640 x 480 screen resolution" , click appy and run powder.exe

    You could also try this simple method:

    1 -> Create a shortcut to Powder.exe
    2 -> Go Right Click > Properties on the shortcut
    3 -> Add on the end of the FULL shortcut path scale:2
    4 -> Enjoy the powder toy in double size!

    Change the path to your own.
