The boiler outputs steam, and puts water into itself using only the power if its own steam. On steam traction engines and locomotives this is know as an injector.
This is very nice but destroys the laws of physics if created in real life. It is essentially infinite energy. So, I don't think it is in real life

could it cool down the steam and reuse it instead?
