You identified your problem yourself, which is "don't know any TPT lua". So what's the first step going to be? learn Lua.
You have the internet to learn from, use whatever means of learning you like, whether it's video tutorials or online tutorials or whatever. The official website lists many resources, and it has its own online documentation (from the same page).

When you're done with that (and don't expect to be done in a day or two), familiarise yourself with the TPT Lua Interface. A very useful tool to have is boxmein's reference. Although it's very brief and outdated, it's still pretty useful.

Unfortunately, local breweries don't sell potions of instant Lua knowledge if that's what you're looking for, there's no simple and fast way to do it. Some people have created element creators, but those won't get you too far; it's better to just learn Lua and do everything yourself.
