I built a machine that's supposed to power multiple devices using the heat from BHOL.  I'm using a TSNS/HSWC conjunction to transfer heat to the TSNSs that meant to activate the ARAYs, but the HSWCs aren't getting any hotter even though they're on and I set their tmp to 1.  What happened?

NOTE:  I didn't set a tmp for the TSNS that are meant to activate the ARAYs.  Only the ones that are dumping their data into the FILT.
