I am making a time-based circuit but it appears that the generated spark frequencies are unmatched resulted in unbalanced switching, any idea how to balance frequencies out?

 i can't show you the save , ITS CLASSIFIED but I can give you the stamp that contains the mechanism , it converts a constant spark into variable on,off phases same on 2+2 lines (2 lines for on and 2 for off )
