This is basically a very useless (at the moment) PROT cannon. It works, but it has a few quirks at the moment:
1. It can only be fired once.
2. For unknown reasons, it creates large amounts of negative pressure after firing.
3. Some components actually melt after firing. This is mainly because I couldn't insulate them for reasons I won't get into.

prot makes negative pressure, that's why your cannon doubles as a high power vacuum cleaner, just like how neut creates pressure -
Oh. Maybe insulating it a bit more (or even adding a mechanism to close it off after shooting once) would fix it.
