People have made mods like this in the past, but they unfortunately don't work well. If TPT were easy to multithread, we would have done so already. The mods I've seen break the simulation when particles from different threads interact or collide. Also the last time I saw one was several years ago, so it wouldn't be up to date.

So without that, then sorry there isn't too much you can do. Your CPU is good, and you'll still get better performance than 99% of TPT players. Water / liquids are the laggiest aspect of TPT's simulation, it lags me too. Most people avoid using too much water in their saves for this reason.
