Workers. Workers have three valaues: Health, Attack & Defence, Health can be read by reading the "LIFE" of the human, just hover your mouse over that human, and you will get the information, Attack would be TMP, and Defene would be TEMP, Their faction is determined by the colour of their heads. Every faction starts with 5 workers, and one more would require 100 gold.

When you start a faction, you allways start with 500 gold.
