    Was just playing on TPTMP making a reactor and I saw this...?

    Edit: When I try place it the game tells me its a custom element, however I have no other mods installed.

    Update your tptmp script. Make sure it's updated all the way to v2.0.21

    Those are sort of template elements placed by tptmp script.

    It was fixed in the last update.
