so, I went on the powder toy today and I saw that I had got a HTTP error 607 and I don't know why. And I was wondering if anyone has the same problem.
EDIT 1 12/5/21: 2 things, my browser works (if it didn't then this wouldn't exist, duh.) and secondly, it just fixed itself after a few days and i don't know why. I told someone about it and then after waiting a few days. it came back and everything should be fine now.

In that case, my first guess would be you have a bad proxy configured in TPT. To check, scroll to the bottom of settings, click "Open Data Folder", open up powder.pref in a text editor, and then check the setting for "Proxy". It should be disabled, meaning, an empty string.
Another possibility is there is some software running on your computer that is interfering with TPT. Double check you don't have anything running that interferes or reroutes internet connections. It could also be at the router level, though.

Chromebook is not a supported platform for TPT.
My 2nd piece of advice still applies though. Some setting on there is definitely blocking your access. As I've never used a chromebook I don't know where this would be. -
