What is a azure bomb/bunker?

I've seen azure bombs and anti-azure bunker saves, but i still don't get how something can be classifed as "azure". the bombs are very strong but I'm still not sure what it means in TPT.

a azure bomb is a bomb with gbmb and warp, maybe exot with tmp2 > 6003 so it explodes into many warp, the gbmb makes warp become a ball, then the warp ball will move many elements in its radius, which destroys most things, also heated warp is better as it heats up things too so it melts things, Azure guide
