    I got the staging i just need correct propellant

    Right now im using BCOL and when im doing liquid fuel i use LOXY and NITR

    If you need rocket fuel, try GAS stacked on top of COAL.  This creates an unofficial element I call GAS-COAL.  It makes great rocket fuel.

    Get the RP script off the Script Manager, it's a great rocket fuel script that needs fuel+oxidisers to burn things, it's called Realistic Propellants and you will find it by scrolling to the bottom of the script manager.

    i cant get the manager to work it keeps saying 126 Table index = nil

     How are you downloading the script manager? You can just get Cracker1000's or Jacob1's mod if you want to have the script manager without all the hassle of typing literally just typing  tpt.getscript(1, "autorun.lua", 1) into the console and pressing ENTER/RETURN.

    Downloading a mod clearly takes longer than typing that command and once you type the command, the script manager stays there forever.
