Is lua.org safe?

    I am starting to do modding for the powder toy, found lua.org and after accidentally clicking a blue button I downloaded lua 5.36 and im not sure if its trustable to use and I know this dosent belong here but this is the only place I think people will reply to. thanks.

    Yes, lua.org is the official website of Lua. I very often recommend the website to people trying to learn Lua too - https://www.lua.org/pil/contents.html

    If you want to use Lua in TPT, you don't need to download the source code, you can just run Lua directly in the console.
