I don't think this kind of content is suited for the forums. This is an issue with your group in TPT, the proper place to discuss it would be in some kind of discussion save in there. The wider forum audience (me included) doesn't know what this is about.

I find that bans don't always resolve situations, they can escalate them, especially if you don't actually have the power to do much besides put up a sign saying "this user is banned". It would be better to send them a message on the website asking them to respect the rules you've created.
