    tpt's physics literally do not have a constant speed of light in vacuo

    there's no reason to believe that anything else in tpt should match up to real life, given that level of fundamental difference

    light is slower in tpt than in vacum because there is ambient heat thing that can prove that tpt is not vacum so light is slower because of it
