my new laptop the dell xps 15 l501x touchpad is not working proporly its the software i think so when i try to drag when i hold down the button after a random number of seconds is realses and then reclicks please help its onyl 2 days old i got it for christmas

I have a touchpad on my laptop, and I have never had a problem with it, it works great and I find it to be quite reliable and accurate. I suggest you don't talk badly of fine technology. I would suggest you install new device drivers on the laptop, as they're most likely the problem.
P.S. On a personal note, I don't like you. I've seen you come under fire of experienced members and your poor spelling, grammar, and punctuation bothers me(greatly). -
one its not a noob laptop it a dell xps high end its not the laptop its the buttons on the touchpad i think its a bug in the software its just that dell are closed when im awake so we have to call at 11 oclock at night but we wil try to call them for a bit more info its a synaptis mouse i heard there are a few glitches with them with dragging i was just wandering do you guys know how to cause im not entirly a compter genius at the age of 12
