New Element: Helium

IDEA: Helium, this element will be spawned naturally by fusion of hydrogen, and is inert with low life.
FEATURES:
Glows orange for a short while when sparked.
High life Helium (to imitate the suspected properties of He-3) explodes when agitated (heat pressure ect) into PROT, NEUT and ELEC, similarly to high tmp SING.
Slowly rises opposite gravity.
Mid-Life Helium creeps over walls to equalise levels, like He-2.
Is Conductive, and lets SPRK jump a bit between particles
APPEARENCE:
Greyish Colour

We already have helium in the form of NBLE. HGYN fuses into NBLE; this would break saves.
