So, recently, I finished work on a super compact ISOZ Power Plant. However, the negative pressure created by the reaction kept shattering the CRMC and causing other problems, so I cut a hole in the side. However that means neutrons occasionally leak out. In addition, the ISOZ isn't getting properly distributed to the different ISOZ channels. Any help on either problem would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
(Magic ~ do your job!)
Easy solution just dont use CERAMIC
It's the only element (that I know of) that isn't melted by acid and doesn't interact with neutrons, so I sort of have to.
UPDATE - Solved the pressure problem with a bit of VENT, now I just need to plug the hole with a spot of TTAN. Might refine the ACID -> ISOZ chamber while I'm there. Might just use Portals to send the ISOZ now instead of pipes.
In the end, I just gave up, and decided to clone ISOZ directly into the chamber, making the reaction fully self sufficent (stablises at roughly 400-500°c). Also now there's more water in the coolant chamber.
I have a machine that can make ISOZ without directly producing it out of clone variants.
You can use it if you give credit.
Favourited and upvoted, will use when I get time to add it!
Update: Machineman, idk why but your ISOZ generator keeps dropping BRMT
I'm glad you like it. I've checked your save and I've found the cause of the BRMT; PIPE breaks under pressure. Try using PPIP instead.
Ah right! Thank you!
UPDATE - fixed by just removing the pipe altogether and just having the top of the reactor be a fuel pond
You'll need negative pressure, not positive, to trigger ISOZ; try replacing VENT with PUMP that has a negative temperature and a life of 10.
