DTEC fix (NOT A SUGGESTION)

    DTEC doesn't spark anything if it's ctype isn't set, so I added that to the wiki.

    Should be self-evident. But sure why not.

    I don't think it was obvious; after all, LDTC sparks things with or without a set ctype.
